CATA Bus

As the primary transportation system for State College, PA residents and Penn State students, CATA Bus faced a challenge for ensuring all safety guidelines were in effect for riders due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A unique creative strategy was developed that included a print campaign – blanketing the bus fleet, bus stops and apartment complexes – website information center and public relations efforts.
